10. Legal obligation regarding medical devices

As an authorized distributor of medical devices, Nuvolina SRL is required by EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) and national regulations to retain certain customer information, including:

Billing and delivery information
Device identification data (serial number, lot number)

This data must be stored for a period of 10 years after the last product has been placed on the market. This obligation exists to allow for traceability and to enable us to notify customers in the unlikely event of a product recall.

This retention is based on a legal obligation and cannot be overridden by a request for erasure during the mandatory storage period, except in accordance with applicable law.
