Shipping time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmation.
Courier service
All deliveries are handled by Sameday Courier, a reliable and efficient logistics partner in Romania.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated automatically and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm your order.
Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing the tracking code and a link to monitor the delivery status in real time.
Return and refund policy
In accordance with O.U.G. no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing at contact@6minute.ro within the withdrawal period.
After notifying us, you must return the product in its original condition within 14 days. The refund will be processed within 14 days from receiving the returned product, using the same payment method originally used.
Right of withdrawal – exceptions for sealed medical devices
In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and its transposition into Romanian law via O.U.G. no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- “the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.”
Therefore, sealed medical products (such as airway clearance devices, emergency response kits, etc.) may only be returned if unopened and unused. If the product's safety seal has been broken after delivery, the return is no longer accepted, even if the 14-day withdrawal period has not expired.
However, in line with our commitment to customer care, we reserves the right to evaluate individual cases and, at its sole discretion, may offer a refund even for products that have been opened. In such cases, our company will cover the cost and ensure the safe disposal of the device in accordance with applicable health regulations.
This exception exists to protect consumer safety and product hygiene, and is applied in full compliance with EU and Romanian consumer protection regulations.
